Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
(Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also required.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions
Most handcrafted products are made in limited quantities or produced to order and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note the following characteristics of our handcrafted ceramic and glassware:

Each piece is individually handmade, so slight variations in shape, size, color, and texture are natural.

The actual product may differ slightly from the photographs.

Small pinholes, glaze drips, spots, or other natural marks may occur during the firing process.

Buncheong ware and certain glazed ceramics may gradually develop richer tones over time as tea and use interact with the surface. This natural aging process is part of the beauty of the piece.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

The product has been lost or damaged due to the customer's negligence.

The item has been opened or the original packaging has been damaged, resulting in a loss of resale value (including boxed products).

The value of the item has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the customer.

The item can no longer be resold because of the passage of time.

The return falls under any restriction on withdrawal as provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original product. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.
To qualify, the returned item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
